Directed by code and controlled by a computer, our CNC router can produce very intricate and accurate cuts. With accuracy and repeatability within the width of a hair, our router can quickly produce parts that fit together perfectly, every time!

This accuracy also adds to the quality of the finished parts. When your parts are machined on our CNC router, they come off the machine ready to use, with little to no post processing. Not only that, but materials are optimized so there is as little waste as possible. Economical AND ecological!

Some examples of items that might be produced by a CNC router:

Cabinet & furniture parts, signs, carvings, musical instruments (guitar bodies), foam inserts for tool trays, 3D models/prototypes, architectural millwork (newel posts, fireplace mantles), production molds, home decor, doors, architectural wall panels...and the list goes on!

There are many materials that we can machine, including all woods, acrylics, plastics, foam, aluminum, brass, copper, carbon fibre, other composites and more.

The maximum working envelope of our CNC router is 60”x100”x12”. That’s larger than the average sheet of plywood!
